If I could give a zero I would. Batzner has been consistently horrible in customer service over the last 3 months.
The call center operators are essentially useless. You give a ton of info and they all say the same thing: "I'll create a ticket." This never results in any solution.
This is our 2nd time having a no show/no call by a service tech. Our commercial housing facility had an issue with bed bugs this spring. Called Batzner to treat. First they confused it by sending a tech to do our regular monthly pest control. Reschedule and the guy never shows. Finally got someone to treat it, however it was nearly impossible to get any prep information nor did they give us any follow up advice or suggestions to treat multiple areas to eliminate the problem.
Now 3 months later try to get them back in because the issue isn't resolved. Get an appointment between 6am & noon on Wednesday. After having had to deal with the incompetent call center and our past experience, I call Monday to confirm. I call again Tuesday to confirm. Wednesday 11am and still no sign so I call again to confirm and they say he should be there within the hour. At noon our regular monthly pest control tech shows up and of course has no idea and can't service for bed bugs.
Several more calls to Batzner - being promised it was emailed to the local office and directly to managers and would be handled ASAP. I also emailed and left voice messages for Michelle Schieflbein a regional sales manager. It's now Friday and no one ever showed to treat the issue and no one emailed or called to follow up.
Meanwhile every time we have to treat the facility, it involves removing 35 residents and all of their belongings for the day.
If you are unfortunate enough to get bed bugs and need service do yourself a favor and avoid Batzner at all costs. Call Affordable Bed Bug Exterminators instead! They helped us out last minute to get it treated.

Our knowledgeable technician, Amanda, consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Her proficiency in scheduling, punctuality, and thoroughness in reviewing the property's status at the conclusion of each service is commendable.

First of all the phone call is in Spanish and you have to push one to get English. Secondly, they make you wait for six hour window for a technician to show. And then the technician didn’t show and now I’ve been talking through a computer through text for the last hour getting nowhere.! I do not recommend this definitely find someone local. This is a national company that has no local influence or care for its community.

I've never been treated so horribly by any company in my life. Continually lied to, disrespected, and all complaints ignored. They are solely surviving on a past reputation that is nothing like today's service. steer far away from this company if you value your home or sanity.

We're long time customers of Batzner and starting in 2024 have had nothing but issues with Rentokill. Our normal, helpful and awesome guy (Eddie) is no longer the guy servicing our house. Not only that but I have called to have my yard inspected and treated for ticks multiple times. I called in May and spoke with someone in sales who sent me paperwork, which I filled out and returned to her. She said someone would be coming to inspect the yard the first week of June - no one showed up. I called again in mid June to ask what happened and was advised that there was no record of the paperwork I submitted or that an appointment was scheduled. A new appointment was scheduled for 6/19 and I received an email confirmation for it. 6/19 came and went and no one showed up for the appointment. I called again on 6/20 to ask what happened. It's impossible to get a straight answer out of anyone. No one shows up for appointments. My request was transferred to "the district" (whatever that means). I'll be cancelling my services and looking for someone who is still local.

Maybe this review will hopefully have you fix our issue.
I have multiple locations all using Batzner Pest Control. All locations are paid by credit card on auto pay. Never have we had an issue. Either this company is too big, or they are just disorganized. One credit card expired and they couldn’t take the time to call the business or email me to remedy a new credit card expiration number.
They continue to service my location without talking to our managers to explain the problem. The reason why they never talk to a manager is because they never came inside to do service. They signed the invoice themselves without a signature from our employees. Keep in mind we’re in an office building. When you’re in an office building, there’s no way you can treat around the perimeter because it’s the size of a city block
Why would I do business or why would you do business with a company that’s just too big for themselves and bills you whenever they wish and has their service tech signed the service visit themselves?
I used to love this company. Unfortunately they’re not what they used to be so please be aware. I’ll keep everyone up-to-date as this progresses. Hopefully they’ll handle this right or lose the rest of my accounts, which would probably be the logical direction

After 6 months and the threat to collect they want to reach out and resolve this matter. These posts go along way. This is NOT a company with integrity and someone you want to do business with. It’s a shame

We’ve had Batzner for a complete pest season now, (warm, cold, then warm again) it started with small critters in our attic and since Cody has been around, they are Not!! He’s been fantastic at eliminating and preventing any pest concerns we’ve had, he’s incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, I can’t thank or recommend him enough! Thank you for all your hard work Cody!

Cody was very thorough in treating the interior for pests. He was just as thorough outside in sealing off potential entry points. He walked me through everything he had done and mad some helpful suggestions. He’s friendly and really knowledgeable. Also very considerate-called to let me know he was on the way, got here early in the 4 hour window, and wore shoe covers even though there was no need. Great guy and great service.

I have been having a mouse infestation for the last several months. All the technicians have been good but Donnell has been outstanding. He has been very informative and when he sees a problem he fixes it and informs me of the issue. He's been helpful and courteous as well.
