On the surface everything sounded good with the program. After signing up I read what I could find on-line and so many of the items that were brought up during the sales pitch matched the concerns others reported. I cannot comment on the services, since I was able to cancel within the 3 days. However, the cancelation process is a bit tricky and I am not sure if I would have missed a step what could have happened. Even the cancelation process feels deceitful when you are instructed to send the cancelation to a location in AZ within 3 days. But you can send a "telegram" with a minimum cost of $39 to cancel and that prices goes up from there. The one concern I also had was the service was to be done two days after the contract was signed and there is a three day cancelation period. In reality the service should not have been scheduled until at least day 4. Again, entire situations feels borderline intentionally deceitful.

I called in to get a touch up service scheduled. Sky was polite, professional, and easily addressed my concerns. He worked with the local office to get a service scheduled to come take care of the problem as soon as possible.

Beware of EcoShield Pest Control
They will come to your door about this fantastic deal. It’s a great price and seems so good. Booked a service and they never showed. Luckily we could cancel the contract but if you don’t before the first service they will charge $300. Waited for an hour for them to show up. Waste of time

The employees that arrive at my house to do the work have been exceptional. The company communication if you have an issue is horrible. You call a center that has you on hold waiting for a rep. The rep tries to help but needs to call the local office and can never get through. So you’re at the mercy of an automated system scheduling and never got my original issue resolved. On my very first service appointment we had a storm. So the tech was unable to complete the job and said someone will return. Nobody returned until the next quarterly appt. So they took my money without completing the job. I blame the leadership not the workers. Feels like an automated scam and not a personal business model around customers. The last tech that came on 6/26/204 was excellent but the company is horrible to work with. Hence my average rating. The employees try but the business model is unsupportive. Just be beware.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. We got a knock on the door from Michael who name dropped our neighbors and said he was already working with them for two years (we have this on video). We trusted this information only to find out that he lied to our faces. I’m relieved that we had the opportunity to connect with our neighbor (who never hired them) and I will be warning the rest of the neighborhood as well about their unethical tactics. I will 100% be canceling this service. At this point, they are the only pest that needs to be removed.

If you sign up for the service, good luck canceling it.
I got the traditional "your neighbor has service so you can get a discounted service" pitch. I signed up and threw quite a few visits the experience varied greatly. Sometimes the guy would show up, different guy every time, and Open the gate, Walk the yard, spray something, does something, etc. Other times a guy would show up do something in the front yard and leave. I called once to tell them about this as I had video camera footage. They told me this was an egg treatment something and it was normal. Despite my better judgment, I continue the service to see what would happen. Much the same. Then I decided to cancel and after an hour and a half of calling and being called back I was told that if I cancel I would owe the cost of the next service and the previous discounted service, so they promised me they would do one more service and that would be the last one. I guess we will see. I'll update this if I'm unable to get out.

We had a young guy come to our door yesterday, and since we rent, I declined services. But I wanted to share a story about his kindness. I had just gotten home from grocery shopping and had left a case of water outside. He asked if I needed helping bringing it inside. He knew I wasn't signing up for services, but still offered to help me. I was really impressed and didn't get a chance to tell him. So if you can pass this along to the kind guy that visited the Village of Pewaukee yesterday, I'd appreciate it!

Ervin came to do the treatment for our house and yard today. He did such a wonderful job! He was very friendly and full of enthusiasm and he’s full of smiles and good energy. He was very polite and very thorough. We were very pleased with our service from Eco shield today.
