Corey was very professional and courteous. Helped us pick out the right blinds for our house. Installers were prompt and did a great job. Would highly recommend!!

This is absolutely a terrible experience as This company charges extremely high prices to install and I’ve had Kevin come back as my right side vertical blinds weren’t adhered with 2 screws he told me he must of forgot!!! Like what?? Ok and so today supposedly after he claims to have fixed it the left side is falling out of the wall- I have a brand new construction condo so it’s not the walls it’s the person who hang them. If any damage happens before it gets fixed and dry walled patched I will hold this Budget Blinds out of Sheboygan reliable. There is no reason for this.!

Worst experience ever! 8-10 weeks became 6 months... they ordered the wrong curtains for two windows... damaged the molding around our brand new door which affects the manufacturer warranty. Owners never returned our calls (they push it all on the installer)... Twice they came with the wrong curtain rods... what a mess and this was over $7,000 worth of curtains... run away from them!

Through no fault of Corey and Megan part of our blinds were not manufactured. I cannot say enough about how Megan, Corey and our installer Kevin handled our situation. Without going into details they all went above and beyond in order to resolve this for us. The blinds are up and gorgeous! I would not hesitate to go with them again in the future!!

We requested a quote for blinds and Corey was very responsive and scheduled an in-home visit right away. After getting quotes from two other companies, we decided to go with Budget Blinds based off of the product, the warranty, the price, and the great customer service we received from Corey. He helped us decide on which blind and color options would look best with our home.

Corey and Max arrived on time during install day and we’re highly efficient and friendly. Their professionalism and pride in their work definitely shows. We ended up swapping out one of the blinds and Max communicated with us every step of the way and scheduled and install immediately, working around our schedules, and completed the install in a matter of minutes.

In total, we purchased 13 blinds (6 of those being mechanical and we are SO GLAD we went with the mechanical ones for our second story windows). They are well-worth the money! We financed through Budget Blinds and the application process was a breeze.

We have embarked on several home projects and have had bad experiences with other companies so we are very thankful we went with Corey & Max at Budget Blinds. Thank y’all for being honest and trustworthy and we definitely look forward to working with you again in the future!
