Jim came out the next day and tested the system, and found the problem.
Jim was on a crew that installed a furnace & air in my previous house. I was glad to see him. He is a wealth of knowledge.

We called about our air conditioner on the blink and the administrative person on the phone surprised me by saying they would have someone out today. It is a Friday and she did not want us sweating it out over the weekend.
She told me that someone would text when the tech was 25 minutes away. That happened and he was here in the allotted time. The whole process took less than three hours. Very impressive.
Brad, the tech was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
We will definitely use them again!

The boiler for our heat stopped working last night so I needed to find someone to come fix it ASAP. Found HoneyCreek online and decided to give them a shot since they have a perfect 5.0 star rating.
