If I could give a zero star I would. This "company" was hired by my apartment complex to come test out the fire alarms that were recently installed into our unit. The notice that we got from our apartment complex said that it would start at 9:30 a.m., and that we would get a knock on our door. What do you know, at 9:15 am our alarms start blaring with no knock on our door. When I asked them how long they would be inconveniencing me, I got an incredibly snarky and religiously inclined response about the good Lord above, and I found it very disrespectful. I will be spreading the word to make sure that you guys don't get work because you clearly don't deserve it.

Horrible customer service - One of the Reps literally yelled at my staff when we called to simply ask for status update to a service request from 4 days ago. The Tech was out sick that did initial review and when we called to follow up it took being transferred 4 times just to get the 4th Rep (a male) who then proceeded to yell at our Staff for simply requesting a status update sooner if possible. He suggested that we wait until the Tech who came out to get better and return back to work and assist us vs having someone else assist us. The level of unprofessional at this company is horrifying, it was mostly how he spoke, not what he spoke of - I recommend any business owner looking for services here to run, don't walk. Unprofessional customer service.

I hope their service is better than the way the employee who was working at 12:30pm on December 4, 2019, drives. At the stoplights of North and hwy 18 (?)- I am not certain because I am not from around here- I was unaware that my right lane was right turn only and I needed to go straight to visit my grandma in the River Walk Apartments. I put my left blinker on to see if someone would let me get in the correct lane (center) and I was delighted when a big white van stopped with enough room for me to get my front end into the lane. There was so much room, I thought the driver was letting me in on purpose. When the light turned green I started to get the rest of my car into the center lane because the van behind me was letting me in (I THOUGHT). Nope, he side swiped my car and DID NOT STOP. I followed him long enough to snap this picture. There was absolutely no way, this guy did not see me. We were stopped at the lights for about 30 sec, the whole time I had my left blinker on and the front end of my car almost all the way in front of this white van. I try very hard not to assume, but I can’t help thinking that this encounter could have been influenced by the political bumper sticker on my car ?

Overall

We've recently contracted Action to conduct our fire alarm/smoke detector/sprinkler systems. The process had been long and tedious in previous years, but this year was amazingly quick and efficient. The technicians were polite and respectful to all tenants, clearly well trained, and very knowledgeable.
It was a very positive experience!
