Second visit. Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and personable for both scheduling service and field service. The phone triage, scheduling and communications have been very good. Two technicians returned at the designated time. They had the part that was authorized by the manufacturer for replacement. The part was replaced quickly. It appears to me there is a manufacture defect in this particular piece as the issue is unresolved. I will be contacting the repair company again for the next step required to resolve this issue. None of these problems fall on the repair service or technicians. They are required to follow the steps authorized by the manufacturer on warranty repairs. We are very appreciative of your help. I had called 2 other places and there was a 2 week wait for service. Your company was a 4 day wait. You gave me an arrival time with a 2 hour wait and called to give me an exact time of arrival in 45 minutes.
Andre and Maxwell were wonderful. I left a rating on MESSAGE on my phone but I wanted to make sure it was seen on Facebook.
After they arrived they diagnosed the problem and had the part with them.
When they pulled out the oven they swept behind it, found my long lost diamond ring. I had given up ever finding it.
I am just so pleased with their work ethics, personalities and how well they explained the work and the warrantee on the part.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I had an appointment for service, I received a call one day before and they said they didn't have parts. They rescheduled for the next week, that day they called an hour before and cancelled. They rescheduled for another day for a two hour time slot. The day of the appointment they called me an hour before the scheduled time and said that the agent was going to show up an hour early. I was not available at the time so I said that he can wait and I will try to make it asap. They said it will not work and the agent had another place to go. They didn't even acknowledged the stress they caused by not following the schedule. I then told them I could have a neighbor let them in. The neighbor showed up 10 minutes after the call and the agent had already left. This company does not have any management ability nor should it provide any services. BE CAREFUL WHEN SCHEDULING, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Andre was AMAZING! We needed to install two washer/dryer pedestals and there was no way we were going to try and install them ourselves with our washer/dryer already installed. Heavy heavy!! Over the years I have had less than positive experiences with appliance repair companies/technicians. That is, until I was introduced to Andre and his company. I was impressed from the very first call. Communication was great, timely, and often. Everyone did what they said they would do. Andre was knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, and most importantly, honest. After his diagnosis of my dishwasher, he suggested that it would not be worth it to make the repairs as the cost exceeded the life expectancy of the machine. I highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about this company! I have had many appliances serviced by them and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations! I have had other services companies referred to me by manufacturers and have never had the same experience or quality I have recieved from The Help Home Service company. I now request this company now when i call above all because of the service. The communication and next day service is amazing! Andre is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and always goes the extra mile to make sure the problems are understood, i understand how they happened, and that they are researched to be corrected 100%! I also appreciate being able to get replacement parts next day because they have them on hand, and I'm not waiting days or weeks on yet another appointment for the repairs!
