Ashley was very helpful and awesome to deal with however installation was a nightmare installers walked away from the job more than once we had to call the manager multiple times to get them to come back and complete the job said that they were extremely busy and backlogged unacceptable excuses not to finish a job that they started sent an installer with the carpeting forgot the padding so he was unable to do the job that day padding was delivered to the house we had to move it into the garage so it wouldn't be wet overnight installer came back the next day
