Very great experience. We had an emergency situation on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. After trying to contact several other plumbers, they were the only to answer. Extremely kind and also incredibly knowledgeable. Took his time to explain things to my wife and I so we could understand. Didn’t show up to try and take our money, but wanted to help someone get their water back. Couldn’t recommend enough.

So the actual plumbers were good, quick, and polite. The issue is that they want cash or check immediately; no credit card. And, there is no telling what your service will cost. Most people do not carry checks or cash. Most people do not have ATMs in there living rooms. So, good service, bad back office. Getting a square app or something is so easy to do.

I reached out to them about installing a sulfur system on my well and they asked me to provide them a water sample in a Mason jar. I went and bought a Mason jar to give them the water sample. I dropped it off and they confirmed they'd got it and sent it to their lab and would get back to me about the results of the sulfur content so we could determine next steps and then I never heard from them again.

They did INCREDIBLE job of replacing water supply line from street to house interior. We had SERIOUS lack of water pressure issues due to 75 year old galvanized pipe build-up. They did an amazing job at a fair price and problem solved!!!

Needed water line replaced from meter to house. Estimate done. Upon excavating … determined large amount of rock needed removed to satisfy code. Line was only underground 12-14 inches All work was done and not a single issue. Yard was repaired after better than it ever was.

Called JR's after a terrible experience with Powell's. We had major issues with leaking pipes in our basement and couldn't get anyone out to help us. Called JR's and not only did they answer the phone, they showed up and fixed our pipes! For an absolutely terrific price. Nice, professional people, both the plumbers and the lady who answers the phone. They do the work and follow up. Can't recommend them enough.

I've had several engagements (past year or so) with JR's Plumbing and, to date, all have been stellar experiences. I've held off with a review to ensure the jobs completed would stand the test of time. So far, so good. All work completed professionally, quickly and fairly. Best yet, it's all still working.

First time around was a warped egress line for our septic field; this warped plumbing was due to improper installation methods. JR's Plumbing was fast, fair and responsive. Not only did they replace and correct the exit line, they made the necessary improvements to ensure future longevity and trouble free operation.

Second time around was January 1, 2020 when our aging well pump finally bit the dust. JR's Plumbing had us up and running that same day.

The most recent encounter was less contracted employment and more so a random encounter at Home Deport. While perusing the plumbing aisle, I bumped into JR's Plumbing and made a casual remark about a DIY plumbing job (exterior hose bib). JR's Plumbing not only offered impromptu plumbing advisement and guidance, but even contributed a couple of minor missing components that Home Depot was out off at the time.

Highly recommended.
