I have had two appointments for a home renovation estimate. Both times it was a no-call no-show. Couldn't imagine relying on that service to get a project completed when you can't even get it started.

Roger and Tiffany came to our home to do a lot of work for us. They aimed to please! They are very professional and down to earth. Very respectable to us! My husband is a blinded veteran and they made sure to keep things out of his way .They are two of the hardest working people I’ve ever met! If someone needs work done on their home, I’d suggest calling House Doctors. Honest to goodness people!!….. We recently had Roger back to do some work for us and , as usual, Roger was on time and did a great job. He’s very personable. I highly recommend him.

Update: We had a windstorm last night. The corner piece of siding they put on, which took only a few minutes blew off my house. I called and told House Doctor it had happened. They now want $300 to replace one piece of corner siding. This is absurd. It has only been on approximately a month or two, and it was the only piece of siding that was affected by the wind. I don't expect them to do it for free but after watching them do it in about five minutes I can't believe it is $300 dollars.

Brian and Roger were absolutely wonderful. They had quite the task of hanging a light fixture above a very tall stair, and they did so with patience and efficiency. They even took the time to drive back to ensure they had the proper safety ladder and other tools to get the job done. They were so kind and patient, and even offered to paint the ceiling where the plate was smaller. Very happy with their work!

Update from work done 5 months ago: There was a small issue with the interior handrails on the front porch ramp installed at my mother's home this summer. Once notified, they came out that day to remove the handrails. They ended up installing brand new handrails within 2 business days. I was very impressed with their immediate response and correction of this issue. Highly recommend!!

We purchased the Govee permanent outdoor lights from Sam’s club and the House Doctors Handyman of Kanawha Valley did a fantastic job installing them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will be using their services in the future. We highly recommend them. The hardware included with the lights was not the best option for getting them to stay on our house. So instead of charging us to use that hardware and making it an all day venture they decided to regroup and the handymen were able to come up with an even better solution that saved us money on the job. We're so happy with how they turned out and I have been playing with the app trying to figure out which setting we like the most ?
