When they deliver your new appliance, they come with the tools and experience to install. No dinged furniture, scratched floors…I’ve heard mega box store horror stories - not with these guys. Thanks for a great job!

I called in September to have make and appointment to have someone come give me an estimate on a new furnace and HVAC. They took my information down and told me someone would call me back by the end of the week to put me on the books. Waited 2 weeks called 3 more times with no response then finally got the guy to come out. He took a look around and told me I would have estimate by end of week. After 2 weeks I Called and said I didn’t get an estimate, they said I’d hear back by end of day. This was in November. If this is how they do business I’m not exactly inspired to spend what could be 20K+ with them when they haven’t followed through on a single thing that they said they would. If there was an option for no stars they’d get it.

Would have gotten 5 stars if they called me back the last time I spoke to them about a month ago. These stars now are for the time before when I got a fridge from them, that was excellent service when both Home Depot and Lowes failed miserably and repeatedly, just couldn't get my fridge up the road I live on, let alone in my house. Wasn't a problem for David Electric, they came right up and had it all done in an hour.

My service was not scheduled for a few days, but they had another call in the area in squeezed me in last minute. The repair was so simple that they didn't even charge me for it. They also promptly installed a new washing machine for my parents. Overall very satisfied with their service.

We have been waiting over a month to get them to come out and look at our furnace and AC unit, first time they said they called but never did, 2nd time scheduled to come out Tuesday called and said he was running behind and will be out Wednesday. Wednesday came no one showed up or called, we called them, again same excuse running behind will be out Thursday. Well Thursday came and no one showed or called, Friday came and went, same thing. These people are not reliable or dependable.
WILL NOT DO BUSINESS EVER WITH THEM, Heed my review!!!!!

Worst business ever! Believe me. Dealing with furnaces and art conditioning . I have called them last year so many times to try and have them repair our furnace , they don’t even return your phone calls. Please dont do business with these people. I’ve been all over this country lived in many places due to military service . These people are totally unprofessional . Tell you one thine and not do anything. I was told there workmanship is very poor also.
