Great experience with them. Aaron called and set up a visit and was here that afternoon. He did a great job of inspecting our roof and going over what we wanted done. We told him we wanted 2 separate estimates one for the roof and one for gutters, soffit and fascia.He was quick in getting the quotes back to us and we was well pleased with the price. Logan contacted us and said they will bring the trailer out and start the next morning at 7:00 am. Come 7 o"clock his crew arrived and got started and was done that afternoon. You could not tell they had even been here everything was cleaned up. About a week and a half later they came and did the gutters and soffit and fascia and was done in less than 2 days , again you could not tell they was here. I would highly recommend Logan and his crew to do any type of work that you need done. Logan contacted me twice checking to make sure i was satisfied with the work they did. Not too many companies take that kind of pride in their work.Thank you Logan and Aaron for the great experience working with you fine gentlemen !

A-1 General Contracting was a excellent experience from start to finish. The sales staff are laid back, but professional, and the rates are very reasonably priced. They pitch a sale with a conversation that is comfortable and not pushy. We dealt with Aaron and it was a very pleasant experience. The scheduling group stays in constant communication if there are any delays or issues. Mea kept us up to date at all times. Logan and the management staff were also very communicative. Finally, Carlos and the rest of the construction crew knocked out roof out in no time, and the construction is top notch. We are very happy with our finished product. They even did a great job on the cleanup as well.

Much care was taken to maintain and protect our property and landscaping. A1 exceeded expectations on the new roof they installed on our Victorian style home which was a difficult project.
My experience started with a reference from a friend who recommended A1 to replace a a roof on my home. I contacted A1 and within a short time received a call back from the Owner, Logan Marino. He arranged to have their project manager Aaron contact me the same day and within a few days, he came down and presented a proposal that was far more detailed than a competitive proposal. After a short negotiation, we agreed to do business and the work started on my home within a few weeks of signing the contract. The crew of 8 people headed by Carlos arrived early and worked late each day like a well organized machine moving and installing materials in a neat and efficient manner.
The crew was polite and respectful and when they finished the job, cleaned everything up. Before the contract was concluded, Cedric came down to get my feedback and walk around to check out the quality of work. He also wired up the new attic fan and made a few minor adjustments in the gutter area and walked around the house to make sure all waste materials and nails were picked up.
What I appreciated most was the timely , open, and honest communication at each step along the way from everyone on the team.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

A1 goes above and beyond.
They recently did a complete upgrade to our home. Roof, siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and trim.
We ran into a snag when the siding choice we wanted was not longer available due to all the set backs of COVID and wasn’t being manufactured. Luckily with their determination and possibly me dragging my feet on a second option they did a search and found the siding we wanted. They didn’t hesitate to go pick it even if it was a distance away.
The job was completed quickly. With the roof only taking 2 days and the rest done within 5 days. The crews are very polite, hard working and accommodating.
I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend. They do a great job and are sure you are satisfied with the job.
