When I purchased my home the water softener unit was hooked to electric via an orange extension cord running across the garage floor under the car. Gavin corrected the problem by running a direct line through the ceiling and down next to the softener unit. His work was professional and neat. Gavin went above and beyond my expectations. He showed up on time between 8:30-9, the inspector was late as all heck showing up around 10:30 and the electrical company had Gavin on stand by until about 2pm before he could even begin his work. The entire time Gavin held his composure and was extremely pleasant to interact with. Once he was able to begin he worked extremely hard and efficiently and got the remainder of the job finished up at about 4! I admired his work and he wanted to be sure I knew he didn’t rush and gave it his all which was very apparent with the end result as it looks so clean and everything works as it should! I can’t thank him enough and will 100% recommend him and dead rock in the future!
