Overall

Unless you like getting billed a year after the job is 90% done and you have to call another contractor I wouldn’t recommend using this company. They claimed to have sent me “an email” as in (1 email). We contacted them several times to get job completed and couldn’t get them to do so.

Overall

Good job on the roof install but never came back to re-install the guarder guards. They Left them all loose and not anchored at all. Said they would be back later They kept putting me off and this spring the high wind came through and ripped them all up and damaged portions of the roof. Had to get another contractor to repair what Classic did. Cost me a whole lot of money that I didn’t have. I would not recommend them for anything.

Overall

Chris and his guys were great. They were very knowledgeable and listened to my questions and concerns. Took the extra step to make sure that zero dust or mold got in the home during and after removal. They will be the first I call next time I have an issue.

First off *****5 stars for the quality of work. My mom was very pleased with the craftsmanship done. Ok... don't expect that from the office bunch though. Called 5 times to arrange to sign contract for insurance. Finally told mom forget it I'm not begging someone to pay them. Got a bill in the mail. After telling her about all the calls, she proceeded to explain oh we've had trouble past couple of weeks with the phone line
I said I'm not buying that this has been going on for 3 months. Well here we are waiting for someone to come so the contract can be signed....waiting....just got off the phone guy forgot reschedule for a week later. Let's see if they show
