We had Matt out to our home today to service our AC and the experience was great! He was here within an appropriate window of the appointment time. He was friendly and quick, even gave my kids HVAC themed coloring books. He checked everything on my AC unit and furnace, continued with the maintenance it needed. He didn't waste any time and reiterated that if we needed anything else to call.

The experience with getting a hold of someone to come out to us was great too! I completed the online form yesterday and about an hour after, I got a call from someone in their office to get the remainder of the information they needed. The woman I spoke to said the dispatch team would reach out to schedule the appointment. I got a text that evening around 9:30 confirming my appointment for this afternoon.

I am just so impressed with the urgency and how friendly everyone is at Best Virginia. I am definitely a customer for life!

Amazing experience with all of our connections made with Best Virginia! We first called them not only on the weekend, but on a HOLIDAY weekend. Was super convenient to be able to speak to someone right away that got us in connection with John who then relieved my worries with assurance he would have someone out by Monday. They did not disappoint. The technician, Matt Ruiz, was 110% professional and super accommodating. Taking away all the stresses from the past 48 hours with a simple solution, while also adding us to the “Family plan” that they offer. There was no upselling or pushing products on us. Felt just like we were talking with a friend we have trusted for years. Super affordable and reassuring for my family. We are so excited to now be a part of the Best Virginia community and hope we never need them immediately again, but if we do.. we know they will take care of us !

One day my air conditioning was leaking water everywhere on the inside. I couldn't use it. My neighbor told me to call Best Virginia. I did. My technician was Matt Ruiz and a guy named Brady. Right from the start they introduced themselves and asked about my problem. They did their thing and took pictures to show you and explain what was wrong. They were very professional and they cleaned up their mess. The answered my questions and they didn't act rushed or seem to mind. My experience was awesome and highly recommended. First class service all the way. Thanks so much guys you're the best.

I am a business owner myself, and I wanted to take a minute to sing the praises of Best Virginia. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to customer service, but they hit it out of the park. My Father-in-Law was sent home under Hospice Care on July 3rd. On July 4th, their AC goes out and they are stuck in their house in the unbearable heat. My wife contacts me to let me know the situation and I knew exactly who to call. I reached out to the Owner, John Caruthers to let him know the situation and he immediately responded to let me know with great compassion that he would get someone there within a few hours. Sure enough, our tech, Caleb Smith contacted me as they said he would and arrived right on time. This guy was absolutely great! He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and communicated his findings in a fashion that everyone could understand. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved right on site. We are extremely thankful for John and his team at Best Virginia for going out of their way on a Holiday to get our issue resolved and keep my Father-in-Law comfortable in his last days. I've used them at my personal house for years and feel bad for never have taken the time to sing their praises. If you are looking for a Heating and Cooling Company that cares about their customers, offers great service, and great prices, then look no further. Support local business and give these guys a try. Licensed electrician Ryan Mobley did a thorough inspection of my 1920's house to check for any electrical issues, not up to code. He eliminated a dangerous fuse box, replaced incorrect ceiling fixtures, installed kitchen sconces and a new stove vent fan.
I would definitely recommend him for all your electrical needs. He's knowledgeable and detail-oriented, plus he left everything neat and clean afterwards.

Matt is the best!! Not only was I squeezed in at the last moment but the fix was quick and easy. I was informed on several things that I should know about my unit but did not. After a little hiccup John proved to be a wonderful businessman! Cole in the office is super polite and William has serviced our units on both houses and has been great each time! Greg cleaned our unit while he was in training at our old house and today he came to our new house and replaced the top of our unit extremely efficiently and by himself! It was great to see him again because his customers service is absolutely fantastic!
