Design Roofing is excellent. Not once did I have any concerns about timing, communication, or work product. Travis and his team kept me update on estimates, when the project would start, and reviewing the final product. The cost was very reasonable, the crew was absolutely accommodating, and the roof looks amazing. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. I would recommend Design Roofing everyday of the week.

This company is wonderful to work with. I needed a new roof and expected to be waiting a month or more because the county had a lot of storm damage the week before. I was happy to get an appointment with an estimator the following week. Hunter arrived for the estimate at the scheduled time and was very professional and inormative. He answered all my questions and explained step by step how the roof would be replaced. Not long after, I got a tentative date for replacing the roof. They were actually able to do the work two weeks SOONER. The crew arrived on time and finished that day. I am thrilled with my new roof. I always dread having to deal with roof issues, there are so many out there only interested in replacing your entire roof rather than fixing your problem. Firstly, the call into the Teays Valley office was returned promptly, and the nice lady on the phone was very professional, got me an appointment in less than a week. I had a great experience with Hunter Childers when he came to provide me an estimate. He was polite and very professional. He gave me great background on the company and patiently walked me through the entire process. He was simply great.

Once it became time to put the roof on the crew was efficient and professional. They took great care to make sure I was kept up to date on progress. I think what most impressed me was the attention they paid to my lawn to make sure it remained free of debris. My new roof looks amazing.

I have to say that I cannot recall I time that I had such excellent customer service. I recommend Design Roofing to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Design Roofing. There was no time delay in starting our project on the date that they scheduled with us by their sales representative Travis Zimmerman. He was awesome to work with. We had 64 squares of shingles to be installed. They had the old roofing material removed within 3 hours and half of the new installation completed by the end of the first day (13 hours). The entire job was completed by noon on the second day. This included from removal to new installation and complete clean up and hauling away all old material. First class workers and first class job.

Had some shingle issues from this last storm, so I contacted Design Roofing to see if they could come by and check out the damage. Was very impressed by Hunter’s prompt response to come by and assess the damage within only a few hours of contacting him. He was very professional and explained all the issues that needed to be addressed after inspecting my roof. Because loss of shingles can cause more water damage till they are replaced , Hunter let me know that they would be by within the next day to replace the lost shingles. My son recommended this company and I’m so glad he did. Hunter’s customer service was on point and much appreciated! Will update after the work is complete, but so far, my experience with this company has been a 10 out of 10.

Edit: I was so grateful and appreciative when Design Roofing showed up to fix my roof a day early. They did an amazing job and just in time to beat the rain showers that lasted through the night. I would highly recommend Design Roofing. Thanks again for a job well done!

Over the last 13 years they have shingled many of our larger buildings for us for a great price and they have also donated material to our camp so that we could redo several of our smaller roofs on our own with volunteers. Sean Collins at Design Roofing was a pleasure to work with. He came 2 hours to give us an estimate and he worked with our insurance agent on giving them pictures of the damaged roof and he worked directly with our insurance company…like, on his way home from leaving our house that day. That process was super quick and soooo easy. They were a bit behind with other roofs before us. Unfortunately that took a few months before they were able to start on ours. But, when they were scheduled to come out, they were here at 5:30am and they had an awesome crew. Sean was here with them all day, and they it looking like a well oiled machine just trucking along. It only took 2 days to complete the entire roof! And it looks absolutely amazing, as you can see in the pictures.
The only constructive criticism I have is that I wish we would’ve been kept in the loop about the scheduling. We knew they were busy, but we had to call a few times for an update on where we were in line. It would have been nice to have received a call or text every so often just so we would have felt like we were in the loop. We got our estimate in April and they didn’t start on the roof until July. But as I said, they did an awesome job and we’re so happy with how it turned out! I would recommend Sean Collins and his team to anyone looking to having their roof done!
