We stopped by to get 2 pieces of glass for our china cabinet shelves. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. They cut the glass while we waited and we were on our way within minutes. I highly recommend them.

We experienced an urgent situation requiring immediate glass replacement. Upon contacting Berkeley Glass, they responded promptly and provided excellent service. Their team was not only very friendly and helpful but also took the time to explain the various types of glass available. They recommended an alternative that better suited our needs, which differed from the originally installed glass. They professionally took measurements and returned to their facility to cut the glass to precise specifications. Within just a few hours, they had replaced the glass, demonstrating efficiency and expertise. I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

I can't rave enough about my experience with Berkeley Glass. They made it easier than I could have imagined having two windows replaced in my home and really went out of their way for me to make sure I wouldn't be troubled with them in the future and that I wasn't given an enormous bill. They are the best and I will be going to them in the future.

I have been restoring my 1920's brick foursquare home in Harpers Ferry. The house still has its original rolled glass windows. To protect the windows and to provide better insulation properties to the house, I've custom built storm windows for each window. There are 12 windows in my house, three of which measure 65"x 48", the bottom sash of that is 48"x 48" so that's a BIG piece of glass!

These circa 1920's windows are NOT standard in any way, shape or form so each of my storms had to be slightly different to fit. My storms also copied the sash design of the original window so I contacted Berkeley Glass to assist me in cutting similar, uniquely sized glass panes. I've worked with Mark, Angel and Walt and in every instance, and in every way they have been the most helpful. They've provided nearly immediate assistance - (I say "nearly" because they are busy with lots of other customers and orders) and they have been fair and honest in their pricing. What's more, I've met them and they are good people.

I'm not a big business with big orders for big jobs - I'm a human being just trying to get my jobs done. They've always treated me with that same human respect. I've got nothing but good things to say about them. I highly recommend Berkeley Glass and thank Mark, Angel and Walt again.
