Wanderson was excellent in both the pre-drywall inspection and final inspection for a new construction property. He provided a thorough report with helpful reference points, pictures and description of issue. He was very knowledgeable and summarized his findings with us explaining his written descriptions so that we understood completely. Highly recommend!

We are building a new home and have used Dash Home Inspections to do both the pre-drywall inspection and the full inspection prior to our closing on the house. We have bought numerous homes and have worked with many different inspectors in the past. The level of thoroughness, expertise, and knowledge were unmatched. I like to think that I can find most of the problems, but on our new home he found over 50 things that needed to be addressed that I didn’t see. I cannot recommend him enough. We were provided with detailed reports that showed pictures with arrows pointing to the issues, and documentation on why they were concerns. The 360 photos have already proved their worth when we challenged the builder about them not installing things before the drywall went up, which we ended up having to send these pictures as proof. It was truly worth the investment. You will not be disappointed. Would give 10 stars if we could.

Wanderson was recommended to me by my real estate agent, and I am so glad that I decided to book him for a home inspection. He uncovered a few concerning issues on a brand new construction home, and had I not gotten a home inspection prior to closing, it would have been such a nightmare to deal with these things after moving in. The home buying process can be really stressful, but I have to say that working with Wanderson has been the best and least stressful part. I’ve worked with a number of people at this point, and it has not been easy; there have been various problems that have popped up that have caused some sleepless nights, but I can’t say that about him. He is very responsive and communicative, professional, thorough, and has impeccable attention-to-detail. I am thankful for his skill set! I definitely would recommend his services to anyone in the process of buying a home. You will not regret working with him!

I had a great experience with Dash Home Inspection. They were very thorough and were always open to answering any questions. The entire process from scheduling to providing the report was seamless. I was provided the report same day. I used them for both my pre-drywall and my final inspection. I definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience working with DASH. Wanderson did a great job, and was patient with my many questions. He was very thorough in testing and inspecting everything in the home, and the detailed report I received was a major help on negotiations with the seller. Though I didn't end up closing on that property due to the many repairs necessary, (many of which I would not have been aware of without this excellent inspection) I definitely plan on calling DASH the next time I need an inspection done. Thank you for all your help!

From our first conversation to the final inspection, extremely professional and very informative! I am so glad I chose DASH for our home inspection. He was patient with all my questions and provided detailed explanations of his findings. Truly great to work with. His detailed inspection report was beyond our expectations. I'd definitely call him again when I need another home inspection or any sort of testing. I highly recommend!

Excellent to work with. Great communication from start to finish. Inspection and report was extremely detailed with many extras that I've not seen with other home inspectors. Really felt that he took the time to make sure that nothing was overlooked and also to explain findings and answer questions. Highly recommend!
