Wanderson was excellent in both the pre-drywall inspection and final inspection for a new construction property. He provided a thorough report with helpful reference points, pictures and description of issue. We are building a new home and have used Dash Home Inspections to do both the pre-drywall inspection and the full inspection prior to our closing on the house. We have bought numerous homes and have worked with many different inspectors in the past. The level of thoroughness, expertise, and knowledge were unmatched. I like to think that I can find most of the problems, but on our new home he found over 50 things that needed to be addressed that I didn’t see. I cannot recommend him enough. We were provided with detailed reports that showed pictures with arrows pointing to the issues, and documentation on why they were concerns. The 360 photos have already proved their worth when we challenged the builder about them not installing things before the drywall went up, which we ended up having to send these pictures as proof. It was truly worth the investment. You will not be disappointed. Would give 10 stars if we could.

Wanderson was recommended to me by my real estate agent, and I am so glad that I decided to book him for a home inspection. He uncovered a few concerning issues on a brand new construction home, and had I not gotten a home inspection prior to closing, it would have been such a nightmare to deal with these things after moving in. The home buying process can be really stressful, but I have to say that working with Wanderson has been the best and least stressful part. I’ve worked with a number of people at this point, and it has not been easy; there have been various problems that have popped up that have caused some sleepless nights, but I can’t say that about him. He is very responsive and communicative, professional, thorough, and has impeccable attention-to-detail. I am thankful for his skill set! He was very thorough in testing and inspecting everything in the home, and the detailed report I received was a major help on negotiations with the seller.
