All around wonderful experience. I can’t believe how quickly they were able to install a new unit in my home during the middle of the worst heat wave of the summer. On top of that they loaned and installed a window a/c unit to hold me over. Wonderful service and experience start to finish.

I needed service for a two unit ductless mini-split that share a condenser. Johnson & Johnson was excellent through the whole process. Initially scheduled an appointment then rolled the dice to see if I could get something sooner with the heat coming in a couple of days. They said they would let me know if something opened up. I received a call the next day, accepted the opening, and Dalton was the technician. He did an excellent job, was kind, professional, and made practical recommendations while being thorough and efficient. During the few different times I called, I talked to Kim and Kristin and they were both patient and understanding with my questions, just excellent. Everyone was kind and competent, will definitely call them again for future service. Thank you!!

The 2 young men that removed my old heat pump and installed a new system did a great job, they were very knowledgeable. They didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had, they explained the new system to Us and made sure we knew everything that we needed to know about the new system.
