I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs. We had them come to check out our hot water heater. They sent someone out to fix, which I thought they did but later figured out they didn't fix so we called next day to see what they could do and they sent another tech to assess situation. They took care of us and we are satisfied and now have continuous hot water. Customer service was awesome.

Very informative! The guy arrived early and was able to get our hot water heater fixed in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend them! Their prices are reasonable! The guy was patient with us. Even though he had to wait while we talked to our home buyer's warranty representative to get the approval. They'll definitely be our go to for any other plumbing issues the future holds for us!

UPDATE: Went in a year later for a replacement part on a meter I purchased from them because I was unable to find the part. They found and fixed the issue free of charge. I highly recommend Mauk's plumbing. We had a garbage disposal installed and the plumber was having difficulty with it taking almost 2 hours to put in the unit. The price for 2 hours Labor was under $150. He was kind and he explained everything that was going on while he was doing it. Our new garbage disposal works perfectly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Very displeased with this companies service. I got an estimate to get my Garbage disposal replaced and scheduled it for the following week with the time window of 10-10:30am. So it’s the day of the appt at 10:45am no one has shown up yet so I gave them a call. I was told the plumber got caught up in his first job of the day which is totally understandable- and that he’ll only be a little while longer. I waited until *1pm* then I called back- and again same story. (By the way whoever runs the phone here isn’t very polite- he offered no apology and no mention of rescheduling- like he assumed I set a full day aside for a 1-1/2hr long job.) By nearly 2pm I canceled.
The fact that I had to call them to get updates on my appointment shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for my time.
I’m not one to normally be passionate enough to leave reviews in general but this isn’t right. I had to shift a lot stuff this week to make it all work- so it’s disheartening. My husband and I are fairly new to the area so we’ve been on the hunt for reliable companies to use in our new home. This will not be one of them- very disappointing and I do not recommend.
