I bought a granite bathroom countertop in November 2022. I had to sign a very one sided contract. The salesman assured me that if anything went wrong that I would be refunded. I paid $500 at the signing. When I received the countertop it had cracks, chips, pits, & superglue filled in pits. When I called back the salesman said the cracks were supposed to be there. I had to ask for the boss( Christina) to get them to take it back. She said the salesman was not supposed to sell a used piece of granite. I asked for a refund. I told her that I would still buy there. The secretary called me & said they were only going to refund $233. I told her I would even take I store credit if they would sign a letter for my credit. The secretary called me back & said that Christina wanted to be done with it & would not refund the full amount.
