As many other reviews state, they are completely unresponsive. I called and left a detailed message about a quote I was looking for on some work. They never responded in any way, not even to say "we're very busy and will get back to you". They just completely ignored me. This is no way to run a business.

I had placed a call to them in regards to a leak coming through a couple shingles down my front window. A date was given to me for an inspection and they were a no show. I got a phone call 2 days later saying that things had came up and that his dad was out of town for an anniversary. I was told they had me down for Monday or Tuesday that following week. It’s Wednesday as I type this.. Once again, they did not show up. I didn’t even receive a phone call back. Absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

AWFUL CUSTOMER CARE

I scheduled an appointment with them for a roof repair estimate. After I rearranged my schedule to accommodate theirs, they failed to show for the appointment. They failed to call before the no show. And they failed to call even after my follow up phone call. After THEY scheduled my appointment, they were totally non responsive.
