Chris Brown did an AC system inspection for me on June 1, 2023. He was courteous, professional, on time and just a good guy to work with. When I need to replace my aging system I want his help.
We've had a few different folks from Arrowhead come out to our house to help with our AC. The guys have been respectful, quick, and great about explaining everything to me. They even told me to hold off on buying a new AC until some new models come out this fall, which will save me the money in the long run. Lots of integrity and good work. Love Arrowhead!

Furnace stopped working abruptly in the cold snap, called arrowhead, 35 minutes later Erik showed up and problem fixed.... much thanx Erik

I provided Arrowhead with documentation so they could quote a job for the company I work for. They provided the quote and I asked to have the documentation returned. They “either lost it or threw it away”. Needless to say, that’s not very professional - the machine is 40 years old and that documentation was valuable.

Our furnace went out in the middle of winter and they came to my house right away to fix it. It works great now. Great customer service.

David was very professional and friendly. He did a wonderful job in keeeping our heater working. He was on time, no waiting on him. I highly recommend David and Arrow Head Heating and Cooling.

Had to buy a new furnace motor in April, 2022. Had to have a service visit in October 2022 for furnace blowing cold air. April visit was over $1200 and October over $160. Service guy was great but this gets expensive. Still waiting 2 weeks later for email invoice.

Our furnace stopped putting out hot air. Arrowhead was very responsive to my message and came out promptly. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly, and re-programmed our thermostat as well. He took the time to explain the issues so that it shouldn't happen again. Our house has been the warmest and coziest since they came out and helped! Would definitely recommend. I didn't get a return call from another servicer so I can not compare prices but I feel their pricing is absolutely fair for a warm house!
