They made me wait a week and a half for an appointment, which in itself was no problem. I took a day off from work to wait for them to come. They never arrived. I was up about 7 am waiting for them. I called about 11 am to ask when they were coming and recieved no return call. Also no call to tell me they were on their way or when they would get there. They finally called at about 1:00 pm and said they knocked at 8 am and no one answered which is impossible because I've been here all day since 7 am waiting for them. I was here all day in the living room or kitchen and no one ever knocked or rang the rather loud doorbell. I would not recommend them for reliabilty or honesty. Call Swedes instead.

Buyer Beware...Not what they once were...Repair manager flat out told me he has no interest in fixing their mistakes on my brand new appliance because I live out of town by 12 miles and they have too much to do in Cheyenne. Then why lie to me for a sale and say you service my area if you don't and sell me a worthless extended warrantly. Buyers Beware...yet another business in Cheyenne who will say anything for a sale.. Jesus deal with them!

They are so helpful as I picked out items, advising me of pros and cons of differnt models and makes, and they're just the nicest folk - what is missing at any one of the big box stores. Two years ago we were in the market for a washer and dryer and went to B&B to support a local business. The sales people were good. We paid more than we would have other places but thought it would be better to have units that could be serviced. Since then we’ve have had a couple problems and it’s nearly impossible to get service done. The first issue we had a few months ago was ignored. Now it’s because we live a ways out of town and it’s “hard to get to this area”... so we are waiting for when it is convenient for them. I really wish I could say it was a good decision to go local, but it really wasn’t. I will never buy anything from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

It turned out the installation was much more than anticipated.
