I worked with several people there that were very professional and knowledgeable. My store contacts, Maddison and Bonito were very helpful. I had what I would call the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life at the Ashley Store in Cheyenne. Rynna was truly amazing. I have always loved the Ashley furniture products, but Rynna clearly went above and beyond with customer service. I had to drive a ways to go to the store but she made sure they had the actual furniture on their showroom floor for me to come see and sit in. She sent me photos every time I asked a question and couldn’t be at the store. She was GREAT!! I love love the sofas, coffee table and love seat that I bought. And I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Rynna. She renewed my faith that there really are good kind and helpful people out there in this crazy world. Thank you Rynna, and Ashley furniture. My living room makeover is perfect and I couldn’t be happier about my experience with Ashley Furniture!!! ?

I want to start off by thanking Madison, I hope that is her name. Please contact me if that is not, and I will edit and give her the recognition she so deserves. I contacted Madison, about replacing my current theater seating sofa. I presented several types I liked and she returned with the three that Ashley had ready to go. She even arranged to have the previous sofa removed. I told Madison it was a tie between two sofas and I couldn't decide. I told Madison to pick one, I trusted her, and not tell me which one she chose. Well when the guys unloaded it and assembled, she chose well. It was beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice, comfortable, supportive, the fabric is unreal, just like leather but, it's like kinda stretchy. So Maddison set all this up with removal of the old sofa, and picking a sofa for me, that I totally love (it was like my birthday). The two guys that brought it, Donald and Jaylen, they arrived at my house right as I got the fifteen minutes text. Donald asked me to show him where I wanted the sofa. Donald and Jalen took out the old and into the new. They were polite and friendly and busted it out in twenty minutes, that's with showing me how it works. Great experience all around. From Madison to Donald and Jaylen. That's why I buy local, good people, good service, good product.

Edit: I am all about keeping my word. I stated if I got Madison's name incorrect I would come back and give credit where credit is due. The fantastic sales professional that made this happen like clockwork is, in fact, RYNNA! She is absolutely "Johnny on The Spot" with getting your furniture dreams to reality. Give Ashley Store some love.
