Had someone come out to measure so they can get us an estimate. The person didn't let us know they arrived, proceeded to try and measure. I tried talking with him but said he was only there to measure. All while he was doing that, a worker we had there witnessed him try to figure out a 90 degree angle. I told him I would be right back, needed to explain what areas needed to be measured on a different floor, and when I came back he was gone. Since then we haven't heard from anyone. Guess they didn't want the business.

Worst customer service experience I have had in my adult life. Sadly one terrible Greg can ruin an entire experience. Not enough Kathryns to make up for the Greg. Carpet Exchange was phenomenal. Plenty of options in Cheyenne. Greg 2.0 was helpful and pleasant :)

This company was great until they installed defective flooring which was recommended to us by the sales person. However when it came to replace the flooring the company would not fix any of the damage due to installation of flooring it was all on us. Not a honest company will never use or reccomend ever. If you have problems beware . I guess Commercial Flooring is under the impression we have been made whole. We finally got paid for the kick board in our kitchen that was promised months before. Also, after the first installation we paid someone to paint our house inside, installed brand new baseboards, fixed our walls, then after being told the flooring was defective and they need to replace it, we were basically told we will have to make the repairs to our baseboards and walls ourselves. I guess if I were a reputable company I would want to make sure the customer was taken care of. The floor is not the issue we understand things happen, it is the way we have been taken care of. These repairs should be done or paid by the company not us.

Horrible!!! We were later informed the floor people were painters and had no business placing flooring. Manager never came out when we requested a meeting. And new manager keeps putting us off. Would never recommend them to anybody!

The manager never showed up and never talked to us. This manager is no longer with your company. The individual who hired the group who did our flooring was friends with them and that why they got hired. To my understanding that employee was fired. Upon the new manager walking into our house he saw MANY problems with the installers “quick fixes”.

To that new managements credit they are trying to resolve this problem.

Extremely professional from the start. Having been to another carpet place in Cheyenne and being very disappointed in the estimate procedure, we tried Carpet One for a second estimate. The person who came drove a company vehicle and was very thorough in his walk through (he new what he was doing for sure). The estimate we received was fair, broken down and detailed.
We will be moving forward with this company for an entire home full of carpet and vinyl. I will update my review upon completion of the job.
