On April 17th my Volvo semi truck had an exhaust leak so stopped by Graber's Diesel for repair. Everything went smooth, they got approval for repairs from us, they fixed the truck on April 19th.. They claimed exhaust manifold needed to be changed.. We paid $5135.47 total for repair and $3286.17 was for parts alone. 1 day after the repair noticed the exhaust leak was back. On April 26th we had the truck examined at another shop and the exhaust manifold Graber's Diesel said they changed clearly never was changed. The parts they claimed to change looked completely old, there is no way a part can go from being new to completely rusted old part in less then 10 days.. the shop that inspected this repair after Graber's Diesel is certain that they did not replace any part or used an old part from another truck. We paid for brand new part. We reached out to them for explanation and they cannot provide solid evidence that they actually replaced the part and now they stopped replying to us all together. Huge loss for company will never use them again. Hopefully their company owner sees this and checks cameras.

As you can see a brand new manifold is shiny and silver. The part they claimed to install was completely rusted old part.

Be very careful using this shop. Double check their work before leaving their shop.

While traveling we had an issue with our generator called in took us at first appointment next morning. Dustin was very kind and helpful and went out of his way to assist and assure us safety. My first experience was awesome. My second experience was for an oil change that I scheduled a week prior. Arrived at 8 am and was the first customer there. Over 2 hours later it was done. They did have the parts even though the appointment was made a week earlier. My last visit was for spark plugs. Again it was made one week in advance and I was the first customer there at my 8 am appointment. Per Ford this should take 2 hours. After 4 hours I called and they said they didn’t have the parts. I said why would you not have checked this before the scheduled appointment and why did you NOT call and say we do not have the parts would you like to reschedule?? It has now been 7 hrs and I have not received anything from them Very poor communication and customer service. Their are other shops in town.

What can I say. Grabers is BY FAR one of if no THE BEST shop I've worked with in recent times. The day before christmas eve, and I had a situation that could have easily turned into a nightmare, but due to the honest, responsive, and overall above and beyond service I received at Collin and the team at Grabers, it was resolved quickly, painlessly, and for far beyond a reasonable price. Overall

We had some issues losing power with our rv/bus. We decided to stop in town and Dustin was able to get us in quickly within a day. Matt worked on the bus and was able to figure out the issue and even went above and beyond to make sure everything else was running well on it. They are are definitely good at what they do, but what struck me the most was how friendly and authentic they seemed to be. I appreciated that. On top of that their pricing is fair. Worth every penny to have a bus that was running the best it had all year. Thanks guys!
