They don't honor the product warranty. Purchased a Case/IH tractor and a few months later noted the backhoe would lose pressure overnight. Asked them to come out to check on it. Tech said it was normal to do that (even though the front end loader didn't do it). Obviously the new tractor was under warranty, but Torgerson's sent a bill for the repair saying since nothing was fixed they wanted me to pay $400. So we're letting the Case Regional Manager know what happened and that we're stopping payment on the tractor since it appears not to be under warranty after all. They can have it back and we'll find a dealer and brand that stands behind the product warranty.

Steve who works in the equipment sales is a liar. I recently purchased a skid steer from him and most Everything he told me about the history and the condition of the skid steer have prove themselves to be untrue. I am a veteran start up business and I have spent more money trying to repair the skid steer after buying it that it is put my business in jeopardy. He claims that he is an honest handshake guy But my experience with him is that he is a liar do or say anything to make a sale type of guy. It makes me sick to my stomach that I believed somebody like him and that I have gotten stuck with this piece of equipment that is not what was advertised to me.

Good staff. I am so sorry, my intention was to leave you a 5-star review in the first with my big fingers I hit the four stars instead I have amended it to five stars you deserve it. The equipment with you guys is fantastic always in great shape and always ready for a long hard job. Equipment is very clean and a fuel tank is always full. Your staff is ready to listen, very knowledgeable, and ready to offer great advice. Always ready to explain the best way to save money on a rental, always the best rates in town. Hands down the best place to rent from.
