The firm kept us up to date on the timing of their scheduled appointment. The two T's (Charlie's technicians) arrived as scheduled, worked steadily, and when they encountered unexpected difficulties, continued working into the early evening in order to finish the job in one day so that we would have water. The rerouted piping was neat, level and square, the new water heater upgraded to current codes. We are very pleased.

I was able to fix my hot water heater for $50 in parts after Charlie's plumbing estimated that the Job would cost $950. I'm very disappointed and feel that I was taken advantage of. I would recommend that anyone who needs plumbing service get a second opinion or DIY.
