My experiences with Laramie Mechanical have been excellent. I have interacted with three of their technicians and they are all very friendly, honest and efficient. These guys did great by us. We had them come check out our heater after our gas bill nearly doubled in one month with no explanation from the gas company. The technician came quickly. He went above and beyond, checking for water leaks or any leaks in our gas line that could have explained the problem. He serviced our furnace and gave us a clean bill of health. He was great working with our tenants. Very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier.

I am a property manager for several properties in Laramie WY.

When a furnace unexpectedly went out in one of my multi-unit rentals Laramie Mechanical was prompt and flexible with getting a technician (Grant) over to explore repairs over replacement. When it was concluded that repair was not going to be a feasible option they were prompt about providing an estimate for replacement. The estimator (Matt) took the work seriously and was able to provide an estimate that came in significantly lower than other quotes I was provided. Given the nature and urgency of the work, they flexibly scheduled both the removal and installation of the new furnace and were able to complete the work over the course of a few days and the job came in lower than what I was originally quoted for!

Overall, they went far above & beyond expectations to ensure that my tenants had heat restored as soon as possible and completed the work without incident or issue. Can't recommend enough!

This company is amazing!! We had two other companies look at our furnace and were not happy with their inspection. We were still concerned about our furnace and had Laramie Mechanical and Heating come look at it. They were much more professional and thorough. Because of that, they discovered our furnace had a major problem that was causing carbon monoxide to leak into our entire house and causing a safety issue for me, my wife and our two daughters. They had to immediately shut down our furnace but made sure they were back within 15 hours to put in a new one so we had heat. Everyone we dealt with were knowledgeable and extremely good people. Please go straight to Laramie Mechanical and Heating for anything you might need looked at or fixed. You will not regret it.

I have had such good experiences with this company! They have went above and beyond multiple times. I had water leak down on the new circuit board they had just installed in my furnace. It wasn't anything they had done wrong whatsoever. The tech came over, saw what was wrong, climbed up on my roof and put silicone around the place it had leaked from. There was no additional service call, he just fixed it. Just had a different problem (this is a few years later) They came and fixed it quickly, they always give a fair price too. I can't say enough good things about this company!

We recently added a two stage furnace to an already constructed home. Since we were living in the home at the time of install, it was important to us for everything to go smoothly. Once they started, our installers were polite, clean, and professional. They were great with our dog as well. They arranged for the electric company to come in a timely fashion so all things were done at the same time. We were very pleased with the process.
