There were four members to the work crew (two experienced members and two trainees). They worked well together. They allowed me to watch and assist. They stayed until the job was completed. They cleaned up the work space when done. They were courteous. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Our hot water heater gave out on us. Andrew came and replaced it and did a great job of explaining things and letting us know the costs upfront. This morning we woke to a very cold house. Apparently a motor or some sort within my furnace is bound up. Our first call was to air Butler who could come to my house today. It's a Friday and so getting the part needed to fix it isn't possible today but I was shown how to get it working so that in the event it bound up again my family won't be left without heat. Air butler ran into supply issues which delayed our install for 3 days, but I am giving them a 4 star not because of that. The 4 star is because they did not clean up after the install. Found metal shavings, drywall dust and even trash from the vents just lying all over our home. They were courteous and the furnace seems to be working well...just disappointed that 8k did not warrant cleaning up their mess from the work. I would still recommend them, just know you will need to build in time to clean after they are done.
