Logan was beyond amazing. Very professional and courteous. Let us know in advance what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. Explained everything he was doing as he went along. I highly recommend Aspen Mountain Plumbing and especially ask for Logan.

Charged me 85 dollars to come to the house and tell me they charge 3 times 900 dollars what everyone else charges 350 dollars for a camera inspection. Do not fall for it like I did. They could of told me over the phone that a camera inspection was 900 dollars but no they had to take my money and make things harder for me. Insane I am speechless

We had a great experience with Logan and Jake doing our annual inspection of our plumbing. They were punctual, respectful, and thorough. They did find one issue that needed to be fixed, but they showed it to me and explained it all first, and asked if we wanted to proceed. They were able to get the repair done the same day, and they did a thorough, and reasonably timed job. They were friendly and patient with our kids and dog who were very interested in what they were doing. We’re very happy with our experience with Logan and Jake from Aspen Mountain Plumbing! Had a hot water heater fail while out of town leaving my family home without hot water. Had the failure code, reason, etc to provide to aspen mountain. The technician showed up said , yep this is the problem and then left to get quotes parted. Replacement parts quoted was over $2,000, replacement tank was $5,000 and a tankless was $9,500. When speaking with the technician and know my plumbing/venting/drain setup I couldn’t understand why a tankless replacement would cost almost $10,000. The response from aspen was that they price every job by the task not the hours and actual parts used. As a comparison I bought an oversized tankless from standard plumbing and all fittings/parts and replaced in 3.5 hours for $1700. Almost an $8000 difference. I am floored that anyone would use them with that sort of pricing model and feel bad for those that may not have the tools or ability to take care of their own plumbing.

Calvin showed up at my house when he was supposed to be there, came down stairs and looked at the job I was going to have him do. I was installing a water heater and was at my wits end but he explained the parts I needed to finish the job, told me how to do it so that it made life easier on me and saved me a bunch of money by convincing me that I was almost done and that I could do it myself. He was extremely kind and honest and understood that not everybody as a professional plumber so my experience with him and this company was one hundred percent positive. I would recommend Aspen Mountain Plumbing and especially Calvin to anybody that needs an honest, upfront evaluation of your situation. He really did me a solid and if that's a kind of service you can expect from all of their plumbers, I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone that I know.
