We recently had Preferred do the retrofit on our windows at home and they did a great job. Victor was great with us. We liked that he was straightfoward with no big sales pitch. We had other companies, much higher priced than yours, that really pushed us to buy. Yours wasn't the lowest price, but it certainly wasn't the highest and Victor made us feel comfortable. Alfredo did an excellent job with the installation and we just love how it makes the house look. We just wanted to let others know that Preferred has an excellent product, great sales approach, and does outstanding work and we recommend it to everyone.

Milgard Windows and Doors are absolutely the finest quality available, unfortunately the dealer "Preferred Windows & Doors" have zero customer service. It took almost 1 month of scheduling to get my latches repaired "They showed up to my house without any notification" and the screens to 2 of my windows are too small, my contractor was told by Tim Heller that I was out of luck and if I wanted screens to correctly fit my windows I would have to pay for them. I contacted Milgard and they are replacing the screens with an apology.

We love our new windows and sliding glass doors from Preferred Windows and Doors! The owner, Tim, is knowledgeable and super easy to work with, and he made sure our new windows and sliding glass doors were exactly what we wanted and were installed perfectly. We ended up going with aluminum windows because they fit the style of our house, which meant the installation team had to break stucco to install the new windows. The team kept a tidy workspace (even though breaking stucco is a total mess) and they did a superb job patching up the stucco. You can barely tell there's patched stucco at all. Thanks Preferred!!

Called to get a price quote and the man who picked up the phone was completely rude and had “Zero” customer service he told me I would be placed in a “bid” and had to wait my turn to be told any info on the price “ um ok” when I asked him “ what does that mean ?” He said “ Do you want the quote or not?” Let me just say this .. I’ve never had anyone talk to me in such a condescending manner & so Rude! specially if I’m trying to give u business .. so no thanx this company clearly fakes there reviews because there was nothing absolutely nothing nice about there customer service !!!!
