Dennis is fantastic. While our fridge could not be repaired, and we had to get a new one, his diagnosis was prompt, thorough and timely. He also looked into a second appliance while he was at it. I’d highly recommend him. Easy 5 stars.

I can't say enough good things about Dennis at Fix It Fast. In March he replaced a thermostat on our old (1988) Sub Zero fridge because ice was forming on the back wall. Less than 2 months later the ice was back. He came over, defrosted the ice and replaced the thermostat again. He had to rewire the new part without a wiring diagram (due to age of fridge), and spent several hours here. Now the fridge seems to be working well again and we weren't charged because of the warranty on parts and labor. I just hope the ice problem is solved.

Dennis is a blessing! He is professional and always punctual. There isn’t an appliance he hasn’t been able to fix! We had multiple appliances that needed repair. Wow. Initially, we thought that they were great. Over $600 for a quick oven repair. We happily endorsed their services - that was too quick. However, it did not even last a year! And then their "warranty" meant that we had to pay another $280 for the oven to be repaired AGAIN and after they took a part that meant that we had no oven for almost 3 weeks DURING THE HOLIDAYS. No Holiday cookies this year. Thanks, Fix It Fast for your lack of communication, total disorganization and inferior service.

Wonder why there is such a discrepancy in their reviews? Maybe they pay people for positive reviews...I'm just saying.

From the initial call Lana was lovely and was able to work with my schedule right away. I had attempted a couple other companies and had scheduling issues so I was very happy when she made it easy for me. There was great communication with text updates on my allotted window of time, with a 30 minute text to give me time to get home. Dennis arrived and was kind and professional. He got right to work and quickly resolved the problem and I am back to loading my dishwasher, thank goodness! I would use them again and highly recommend them.
