Another superb job by A Perfect Plumber. The plumbers, Todd Slack & Adalia Garrison, flushed out the water heater & checked it over, performed maintenance on the furnace including cleaning the burner cabinet, blower cabinet and flame sensor. They also serviced the AC and washed the coils which were clogged with debris. Plumber Casey Beckett tightened up the large shower head in the master bath, which had been incompetently installed. Casey recommended a less expensive and less invasive remedy. Great! This is the second time in recent months I have relied on A Perfect Plumber. Their work is excellent and fees are reasonable. I recommend A Perfect Plumber to others.

Chris and his team are the best. Very smart, meticulous, NICE, and best of all, they are people who stand behind their word and their work (something I was beginning to think no one did anymore.) My plumbing was a bit tricky and a large job—not just a simple new water heater install. Working with these guys has not only restored my hot water, it may have restored my faith in people:) Thank you Erin, Chris, Dale, Croix and all! I'd had other plumbers out that said my water heater was operating normally. I finally ended up with A Perfect Plumber because the local manufacturer's rep recommended them. The second Dale walked in the door he showed me the part he brought that he was predicting I needed. And that was exactly what it was. He got it fixed right away and after 9 months of having water that took between 7-15 minutes to heat up (if at all), it now gets hot in about 10 seconds. It has made a WORLD of difference. And I am so grateful to have gotten a plumber out that actually knew what was going on and didn't blow off the issue. The office was also really pleasant to work with to get scheduled. I would absolutely recommend them.

This is my second experience with A Perfect Plumber. I previously had them perform some warranty work on my Navien on-demand hot water heater and that was a great experience. For this service visit I had a failed 3/4” shutoff valve that leads to my irrigation system outside. Dennis came out and replaced the valve. He did an excellent job and used a quality replacement part; moreover, he was incredibly efficient and charged a fair price. It was really nice chatting with Dennis as well. A Perfect Plumber will definitely continue to be my go-to for plumbing needs and I recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.
