I recently used Appliance Shark to diagnose and service estimate for a malfunctioning refrigerator. While the technician was punctual and arrived on time, the overall experience fell short of their premium pricing.

Pros: The technician arrived exactly at the scheduled time, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The service charge of $99 for the estimate was quite expensive, especially considering the potential cost of repairs.
The technician informed me that the labor cost for a compressor replacement could be around $850. In addition, the technician scuffed my wall with his shoes, which was unprofessional.
Overall: Given the high cost of $99 for the estimate, the potential repair cost of $850, and the minor damage to my wall, I would rate my experience as 2 stars. While punctuality is important, I expect a more careful and value-driven service for the price charged. upd. I appreciate your apology regarding the wall scuff and the commitment to preventing future occurrences. In light of your explanation and efforts to address my concerns, I'm happy to adjust my rating to 4 stars.

Best washer ever , joey and george along with their crews are extremely professional and the washer itself is the best i ever owned with such a low price!

If you need to shop a washer /dryer definitely stop by like i did.

The washer is installed and delivered with care, joey and george whom i met are helpful and friendly, i also had a great experience knowing how these oversized machine got delivered/ installed.

It is quiet. It sounds identical with those $2000+ ones and i got it for a fraction of a cost along with excellent service and the elite open box product.

I appreciate the existence of this store and thank Joey for providing this service to the locals.

Made a call at 9am on Christmas Eve, Refrigerator/freezer temperature was not right. Technician showed up at 1pm, Christmas Eve. Repair took 3 hours and refrigerator has been perfect since. Can’t beat this local family owned business. Price was very reasonable.

Appliance Shark is prompt, honest, thorough, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Mason is currently replacing my Jenn-Air range heating element and also gave me great advice regarding an LG washer that had a broken pump. The pump had been replaced a year prior (not by Appliance Shark) and had broken again. He told me not to throw good money after bad, and just buy a new washer. I followed through, and have been extremely happy with his advice. Do yourself a favor and give them a call! 5 Stars
