Very poor customer service! Upon trying to exchanged a boxed kitchen faucet with receipt, the woman at the counter didn't even take the time to ask us what our issue was or how she could help us find a replacement. She immediately just said, well this was a custom order & you'll be charged a 25% restocking fee. I don't have issue with the fee, only the woman using it as a penalty to us as soon as we walked up, & not really wanting to help us or inquire what we had come in for. Instead of working with them now on ordering the more expensive product we want, we will be ordering from another business. I will happily return this product to Creative Kitchen & Bath & pay the fee. Will never shop this business again!
