Superb! You call them on the phone and they tell you then how soon they can be there. You get a confirmation text and email telling you the time window. Then they send you a photo with name or the technician who is coming. Three times they've been here and it was excellent service each time.

Mr. Appliance is absolutely the best! They have superb communication, excellent service, and very fast response times. Chris came out to work on my 3.5 year old Samsung fridge that stopped working and he was obviously very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail that he needed to do to repair it. He ordered the parts and I was up and going in just 5 days. What a nice breath of fresh air to get all-around 5 star service. I will never call anyone else for any appliance repairs!
