I am very pleased with the professionalism and technical qualifications of the entire staff. I value the relationship as I know that they will arrive on time and complete the job quickly and efficiently. We are required to have a yearly Back Flow Valve test for our commercial properties. Brown Brothers staff schedule and complete the tests, and file the results with the City on the same day! They are a great business partner. 5 star rating for sure.

Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating is a great company. I am pleased with their service. Art, Mauricio, Luke and Todd did an amazing work fixing the AC of my property. I recommend this company 100%. I called them because Yellow Dot who originally installed my AC unit in my 3 1/2 years old property didn't do a good job. As part of "the guarantee" "Yellow Dot" visited my property for a diagnostic and gave me an outrageous quote to fix the compressor that was damaged, without mention that they asked my to sign a maintenance agreement per year (Sales mentality instead of customer care client model). I am glad I called Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating, they came right away to diagnose, identify the problem, work with the AC dealer vendor company to fix my AC. They took care of my request and fixed everything in a shorth time, with out any maintenance agreement like the other company. What took four days to Yellow Dot to quote and to denied my guarantee, Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating fixed in less than 24 hours.
