Update: I received a call from Shane the owner and he acknowledged I shouldn’t have been billed the $150 and issued me credit.

First the technician that came out was great. No complaints there. My dissatisfaction comes from what I was quoted over the phone versus what I paid. I called a few days before my appointment and spoke with the front desk gal to confirm the charge for cleaning my refrigerated air unit. I was advised that for the 'seasonal changeover' which I confirmed is an inspection and cleaning it would be $119 and anything else would be additional. I reiterated what she said and she confirmed again the $119 included the inspection and cleaning of the unit and if any repairs were needed it would be extra, again she confirmed the $119.
It took about 30 minutes (if that) for the technician to clean my unit; no additional repairs/parts were needed. When I went to pay it was $289.50 I explained the front desk girl quoted me $119. I was charged an additional $150 labor charge on top of the $119 seasonal changeover/cleaning charge. I would think the labor would be included in the $119 as part of the job as a whole. I went ahead and paid because he was not part of my conversation with the receptionist, which was dumb on my part. I called her after he left and explained the situation. She said a manager would call me back. Never got a call. My advice to you is, if you decide use this company, get your quote in writing and ask yourself $289.50 for a 30 minute cleaning job. I feel ripped off. Unjust business practices going on here.

My Aunt's heat was out for two months trying to get someone out to fix it. Poor woman was sleeping in her winter coat. Anyway, Ancae ABQ was out the day after we called them, now she's back to being nice and cozy walking around her house in her birthday suit. My heating system stop working on Sunday and Monday morning I called AncaeABQ around 8:15 and Shane showed up after an hour and with two he fix the heating system. Shane was very nice and knows his work. When I received my invoice I found some error and called and talk to Margery and she correct the invoice in minutes. Margery provided amazing customer care. If you need heating and cooling help/services AncaeABQ is recommended.
